Pictures of the kids,
Here are a few pictures of the kids (Mine, Heathers, and Janice's) at Heathers new home...
Laying across the couch, you will find Alysha (top of the picture), Alex is on the bottom left, and Felecia
Here is Heather with her son Josh
This is Llukas & Josh checking out Heathers new Garden Tub... They call it a pool...
All of the girls straightened their hair... From Left to Right,
Felecia, Alex, Sarah, and Alysha
Tom was also there, but seems that he avoided getting caught in any pictures....
Unpacking Heathers new Home....
We were very tired as we were unpacking, remember just three hours of sleep... and trying desparatly to get atleast the kitchen unpacked..
The boxes emptied quickly at the new house... I set up this tribute to Heathers mom, so it is the first thing you see when you walk in the front door,.... it turned out beautiful
Helping Heather move
For those who dont know, Heather is one of my long time friends, so, when she called me and told me that she had purchased her first home, I was ecstatic for her.... Then she asked me to help her move... and of course, being the friend that I am, I did....
I arrived friday night to help her finish packing as she had just recently had some minor belly surgery and would not be able to lift much...
Heather's Friend Janice was also there...
We got busy right away, and accomplished a lot before Llyod show'd up to aid in some preliminary loads... we figured we would get as many boxes to the new house as possible, to make the official move on Saturday go more smoothly as several of the people that would be helping, had evening plans...
We let Heather help as little as possible... LOL
As the night wore on, we involved some power shots, and Lloyd opted for some Redbull & Vodka...
I reallly like the new living room...
Its now Saturday, and Heather and I have had a mere 3 hours of sleep, when reinforcements arrive....
All in all, on Saturday, the move lasted from about 11:00am till about 2:30.... not too bad...
Goofy picture with mom...
Sarah's trip to the dentist
Sarah got her first cleaning on February 13. She was really good... let the assistant, Lynn, clean her teeth.... She even did a floride treatment...
Shown here, Sarah is showing off her pearly white's next to our dentist... .Dr Terry Taylor....
Sarah, has no cavities, and they told her that she is a really good brusher, as she had minimal plaque on her teeth... .THANK GOD...

Alysha pumps gas
Our snow... will it ever stop... :D
So, on Friday last week, mother nature dumped a good six inches of snow on our home... but by Sunday it was all melted....
Yesterday, she struck again... we got tons of snow... I personally say we got about 8 - 10 inches... I know Alysha and I shoveled about 8 inches last night, and there was anothe two on the ground this morning...
here are a couple of pics...
I must say driving home last night was a wonderful experience... LOL and the kids were happy to have had school canceled for today...
Time to See the Dentist
So throughout the month of February, we have been getting our cleanings at the dentist... and here is what the dentist had to say...
So, Tom & Alysha both had cavities... Alysha had only two, but hers were pretty bad... she has already had one of the two filled, and will be getting the other one done next week.
In addition, Tom's front teeth were X-ray'd, and they are coming in fine, its the teeth to either side, one is coming in behind his front teeth, and the other is coming in sideway's.. .this is the result of Tom nocking these teeth out, and his six year molars, compressing the rest of his teeth together.. :(
In addition, Alysha will be needing braces again to correct her overbite, and to prevent her bottom teeth from biting into her pallett... which apparently is very probable considering the degree of her overbite...
So wish us luck...
On a positive note, Sarah had no cavities... but will most likely need braces in her future too, as her baby teeth are all already croweded, much like Alysha's were when she was young
Cubscouts - Blue & Gold Banquet
to get his rank (Tiger), Joe had to hold a balloon, and Tom got to pop it with a sharp arrow... confetti flew everywhere, along with his badge... Joe was very nervous about getting an arrow shoved into his hands... :)
These three boys in Tom's den, were at the Blue & Gold banquet to receive their rank.. from left to right.... Zachery, Tom, and Leo...
After Tom received his Tiger Rank... we posed for a family picture... we are very proud of Tom, he is a dedicated cub scout...
